Bonjour!

Parents and friends,
We arrived safely in Paris at about 11:30 A.M. France's time (5:30 your time). We then took a plane to Lyon and rode the metro to the hotel only to find that our luggage was missing! On Friday, some of us received our luggage, but some are still suffering with no luggage (Nicole, Erica and Joanna). Pray that the luggage will find its way to Grenoble on Monday as planned. We had a wonderful time in Lyon where our friend Annelise translated for us and we toured several cathedrals within the fabulous city of Lyon. Although Sarah was sick with a small stomach bug, she's now feeling better. Today we took the train down to Grenoble (about 1 1/2 hours). The Alps are absolutely, unbelievably breathtaking. Tomorrow, we will be working with the children in The International Church of Grenoble. We'll be putting on a puppet show for them as well as playing games. Later this week we will be priming, painting and making repairs at the camp of Champfleuri. Thank you for your prayers and support as we venture into the Alpine wilderness in the name of Jesus Christ.

    Hi Nicole, Looks fabulous! I found a good website about Lyon. Praying for all of you. I guess your wilderness trip helped you prepare for not having your luggage, but we pray that it will be found. God is in control. Enjoy.

    C'est magnifique. Je suis troooop jalouse. :) Btw, that's a ton of pizza. I didn't know French restaurants ever served that much food. lol.

    Glad you made it safely to Grenoble...hope the rest of the luggage follows soon. Praying that your ministry with the kids goes well. Travaillez bien cette semaine.....try not to get too distracted by the amazing view. :)

    Great pictures, guys! Many DC staff questioned if we had any news of you all (on Fri). Told them of the luggage situation, and prayer has been going up.     Eddie + Bonnie say hi!!! Bonnie saw the pic, shes on her way over there now !! LOL. We hope everything is ok with your luggage. If not your dad will have too let you go on a shoping frienzzz in France LOL. I'll have a talk with him. Our prays are with you. Everyone be safe and have lots of fun.
